Easy Item Setup
Workgroup Managers and Users can create Items

Set-up Mode is available for each treeview Knowledge Item by clicking the set-up toggle button.  Here you can set up the basic parameters for the Item, choose the treeview Knowledge Item icon, set up the security group for treeview Knowledge Item access, as well as write descriptive information and general help. 

The Knowledge Item properties are where you make the magic happen.  It is easy to define the contents of each frame with dropdown selections or builders for any Access object, as well as directories, files, websites, hyperlinks or predefined procedures.
