Business Office
Explorer
is the primary
access point of all Application features.
BOE leave's all of the familiar MS Access features
available via it's native menus and toolbars at the top of the
application. The Business Office Explorer form has 7 Regions
(shown below outlined in red). Of those 4 are highly customizable:

Workgroup Heading which contains a customizable Title and
Sub-Title and the Current User.

Main Menu bar gives you access to major functions like opening or
creating other workgroups.or toggling the Shortcut, Treeview, Item
View or selecting options unique to each. You can also initiate a

Groups/Shortcuts provide easy access to any authorized
Knowledge Items by creating a treeview representation of the Item and
all of its related Knowledge Items as branching children.
4. TreeView
lists the Knowledge Item all the related Knowledge Items for which the
current user is authorized as children nodes.
