Team Collaboration
Each User has Private and Shared Workspaces and Features

Business Office Explorer is built for Team Collaboration. Each user is provided with a variety of features and tools that have Private and Shared Workspaces. In the modified screenshots below we will show you how the Treeview Options, Document Directories, Notes, Messages, and Tasks are designated "Private" until the Team Member chooses to share them with the rest of the team.

Each user can add their own private Knowledge Items to any workgroup tree. You may choose to see your tree with "Shared Items Only" or with "Shared and Private Items" No one else will be able to see those items or associations that you have marked "Private".

Every treeview Knowledge Item will automatically create a Private and Shared directory workspace. Users can work on any file privately or they can choose to drag it onto the Shared Workspace Directory, thereby sharing it with others in their workgroup.

Every treeview Knowledge Item can have Notes and Messages which can be Private or Shared. If a Message is private it will only be seen by the Sender and Receiver. If it is shared everyone will see it.

Each user can also create any Office document or file starting with shared or private templates.
