Descriptions and Help for Roles, Processes, and Resources
can be updated by any Authorized Team Members

Each treeview Knowledge Item can have 64,000 characters of Descriptive Text to provide explanation, directions, steps, or help, documenting each team member's resources, roles and responsibilities.  In many cases this descriptive text will be the only content of a selection.  This text can be entered and updated dynamically by anyone with membership in the team that owns the item and who has been given "Description / Help Authoring" privileges.  This places Context Sensitive Help immediately accessible in the very same place as application launch, thereby providing consistent process guidance for all employees, but especially important for new ones.

Additionally, once a user has selected an item they can easily access Help simultaneously from the Treeview Help Pane.
