Workgroup Teams are easily defined and managed by authorized users without having to use the MS Access Security Features. A great advantage to Security Management in BOE is that it is easy for authorized users to select a group and add users, defining their BOE permissions.

Authorized users can also select an individual user and update their contact information or departmental affiliations.
