At the beginning of a project install the standard Business Office Explorer  and everyone on the Business Team can participate in documenting their own problems, goals, and tasks to create a shared vision and plan.  In this way the project can be given very specific goals and priorities.

Developers can then manage and share in-line design documents, estimates and prototypes.  As the project proceeds into the testing phases users can enter comments and suggestions in the "Shared Testing Space" so that everyone can communicate in a way that insures the projects success.
