Manage Private and Shared Files, Documents and Directories

Private and Shared Document / File locations are automatically set up for each treeview selection. If a specific selection contains a form that can show many different records (like the company form below) it will also create directories for each unique record. In that way you can manage private and shared documents for any database record your workgroup needs. You can also create a selection that opens any specific directory.

Each Directory has a "New" button that opens the "Add New Document" dialogue. You may select any predefined file template from Private or Shared template libraries.

You can even open both the Private and Shared directories at once so you can drag and drop files between them.
