Directories
Manage Private and Shared Directories for each Knowledge Item

Access to Directory contents is available in several ways. Each Knowledge Item can have a Private and Shared directory location or a combination of Single or Double directories can be placed directly on the tree.

You can even host combinations of Share Point, Network or FTP directory locations to provide easy drag-n-drop access.
