the intellectual creations / assets of a Business live on the
hard disk drives of employees' personal computers. These assets
can include letters to
clients, proposals, contracts, client communications, budget worksheets,
invoices, monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports, spreadsheets, notes, and small local
databases, among other things. Rarely do these personal hard
drives share a consistent organizational structure - making it difficult
